Also create paused Traffic ad squads/ads from existing same-advertiser Web View creatives, or duplicate an eligible Web View ad. Requires the exact source, current parent/source fingerprint and reviewed creative fingerprint for a new ad. Save through saveAdDraft and publish the reviewed draft; completion requires native readback. New media, other creation formats and campaign-paced/Smart Budget/reserved child budgets are unsupported. Uncertain writes must not be replayed. This is an execution endpoint. For a reviewed user change, save its supported capability/body as an immutable action draft, review it, and explicitly publish that draft.
